Wax Temperature is digitally sensed, as are levels of the pellet supply in the supply hopper, the melted wax in the heated vat, and outside temperature. The heating cycle is also monitored and indicated. (Model X only)

A cadre of sensors measure temperature, flow and volume of cooling water in a stainless steel supply tank. Compressed air pressures are also monitored for suitable levels. The SMART Controller of MOLDVILLE takes any necessary action and/or specifically informs the Operator of the specific need, e.g., fill the water tank. (Model X only)
